1. The first difference between Ribonucleic acid and Deoxyribonucleic acid is how many strands each nucleic acid has. RNA is said to usually be single-stranded, while DNA has a double stranded helix.

2. The second difference between RNA and DNA is regarding the sugar. RNA uses ribose sugar, while DNA uses deoxyribose sugar.

3. The third and final difference between RNA and DNA is that DNA uses thymine as a nucleobase and RNA uses Uracil in place of thymine.

7. Using the B and N genes which control coat colour and blindness in Labrador retrievers, show a punnett square to explain the 9:3:3:1 phenotypic result shown in figure 9.5B on page 163 of the text.
